Discount Realty Low Commissions

Our listing fees range from 1% to 1.5% of the selling price paid upon closing. There are never any up-front or hidden fees of any kind.

If a buyer is represented through a buyer's agent, then a 3% commission will be due and the total commission will be 4% - 4.5% of the selling price paid upon closing.

If the buyer is not represented through a buyer's agent then the total commission is only 3% of the selling price paid upon closing.

Home Buying Rebates

When you purchase property with William Palmer Properties, we will rebate 1% of the selling price of the home back to you at closing.
