The Multiple Listing Service is a computerized network which has proven to be the most effective method in selling residential real estate. By using the MLS, William Palmer Properties can provide maximum exposure of your property at less expense to you. You can expect the same service as a 6% fee broker.
Our fees are only:
1% - 1.5% of sales price payable upon closing
3% to buyer's agent, if applicable
A total of 3% is paid if William Palmer Properties is both the listing and selling agent.
